C&M Auto Parts has been servicing the
automotive aftermarket since 1964. C&M is committed to our customers by
providing 30-minute delivery, knowledgeable sales staff, high-quality
parts, and technical training. We believe our customers are our partners

Delivery: C&M
employs 27 trained drivers, providing quick delivery services to Mercer,
Burlington, Somerset, and Bucks counties. Our delivery staff are
courteous and deliver great customer service along with the parts.
Returns are picked up in a timely manner. Delivery vehicles are radio
equipped to assist in customer requests immediately.
Sales Staff:
C&M employs 10 of our industry’s most knowledgeable parts experts.
Collectively they have 175 years of parts knowledge. Our sales staff
assists the customer to get the right part, the first time. We can source
hard-to-find parts the same day with our shuttle truck, which makes three
trips daily to area warehouses. We employ two bilingual sales personnel
to assist our Hispanic customers.
Internet:
C&M’s website is among the best in the industry. The site features
monthly promotions, specials, manufacturer links, online purchasing, and
upcoming events. We offer a 2% rebate for all online purchases.
Marketing:
C&M supports its customers with marketing programs, developed for the
repair facility, so they can advertise directly to consumers.
Quality
Products: C&M stocks 40,000 sku's of the highest-quality products
with brands such as Goodyear, Timken, Bosal, Centric, Denso, KYB, Valeo,
and Wells, to name a few. Auto part selection is based on past and
present quality performance. C&M tracks its warranty percentage in order
to bring you the best-quality parts. We are not bound to stock product
based on group compliance rather than quality performance.
Training:
C&M has partnered with the Mechanic Education Association to bring “real
world” technical training to our customers. We are committed to
continuing education of employees and customers to ensure future success.
