Delivery: C&M
employs 21 trained drivers, providing quick delivery services to Mercer,
Burlington, Somerset, and Bucks counties. Our delivery staff are
courteous and deliver great customer service along with the parts. Returns are picked up in a timely manner. Delivery vehicles are radio
equipped to assist in customer requests immediately.
Sales Staff:
C&M employs 8 of our industry’s most knowledgeable parts experts. Collectively they have 125
years of parts knowledge. Our sales staff assists the customer to
get the right part, the first time. We can source hard-to-find parts the
same day with our shuttle truck, which makes 5 daily pickups. We employ bilingual sales personnel
to assist our Hispanic customers.

promotions, specials, manufacturer links, online purchasing, and upcoming
events.
Marketing:
C&M supports its customers with Pronto Smart Choice marketing. Offering
nation wide warranty, direct advertising, roadside assistance, a web base

Products: C&M stocks 40,000 sku's of the highest-quality products

Training:
C&M has partnered with the Mechanic Education Association to bring “real
